These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://purtesai.com ("Site") and the purchase of our products, including TesaiGreens Ultra Blend ("Product"). By accessing our Site or purchasing our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Product.

By using our Site or purchasing our Product, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Product. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, pricing, or other content on our Site are complete, accurate, or error-free. All features, content, specifications, and prices of our Product are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance:
  All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in Product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• Payment:
  By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise unacceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping:
  We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping via USPS Ground Advantage within the continental United States for every order and offer free shipping on any order of two or more products. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is currently unavailable.
• Delivery:
  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipments. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns:
  We currently offer a 60-day satisfaction and money back guarantee on TesaiGreens if any unused product is shipped back to us within 60 days of ordering at the customer's expense.
• Refunds:
  If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us at support@purtesai.com within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Subscription Services

• Subscription Terms:
  By subscribing to our SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE program, you agree to receive regular shipments of our Product as per the subscription plan selected.
• Cancellation:
  You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@purtesai.com. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pur Tesai or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pur Tesai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site or Product; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or purchase of our Product after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
